Questions
Does it hurt?
Most people feel mild scratching or pressure. Hema will talk you through what to expect and how to stay comfortable.
How long does it last?
It fades gradually. Most people top up after 12 to 18 months, and how long it lasts depends on your skin, lifestyle and sun exposure.
Why is there a second session?
Colour and shape settle as you heal. The perfecting session lets Hema refine anything that healed lighter or softer than planned.
Who can’t have permanent makeup?
Under-18s can’t be treated. If you’re pregnant or breastfeeding, or have certain health conditions or medications, you’ll need to wait or talk it through first. Tell Hema at your consultation.
How do I look after it afterwards?
Hema gives you written aftercare. In general, keep the area clean and dry, avoid makeup, sun and swimming while it heals, and don’t pick at it.
